Telehealth Experience Study

Here, I’ve provided a webcast covering some of the findings from a telehealth interview study conducted in 2020 by Corporate Insight. I led the research as moderator and synthesizer. We interviewed eight individuals who participated in telehealth appointments since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. We also examined the offerings of eight different organizations with telehealth capabilities to represent a subset of available functionality in the coverage group.
